As a public school elementary teacher for five years, I’ve had the opportunity to work within a variety of educational settings. These settings range from regular education classrooms to special support groups for various populations. These experiences in EL, special education, and Gifted and Talented programs have given me a unique perspective on the field of education.
As an author and educator, I’m passionate about teaching storytelling and writing in ways that increase student engagement and achievement. I’ve taught writing lessons and courses, and I plan to make them available to teachers, students, and independent learners!
